Multi-Map Menu

Import commands are only available in Advanced Mode. If you have not enabled this mode, the commands will not be visible.

Command/Sub-menu	Description
Refresh Off-Page Connectors	Refresh Off-Page Connectors across all deliverables in process maps loaded within the Multi-Map root.
Delete All Off-Page Connectors	Remove off-page connectors to remove links between deliverable in process maps loaded in the Multi-Map root.
Refresh Levels	Update the Level Node Property of loaded maps based on the currently computed Level and taking into account any Offset property.
Generate Next Level	Create an overview process map from several lower-level maps (see also the Tutorial for Analysts: Step 4 Generating the Next Level)
Generate a Process Hierarchy	Create a hierarchy showing the Activities within each Node, any subsequent drill-downs and documents that are linked from the process maps loaded in the Multi Map root.
Generate an End-to-End Diagram	Create a diagram showing a complete process pathway from a starting deliverable to one or more selected end points.
Generate Planning Chart	Create a planner-style chart from Map data.
Export	Menu of commands for exporting properties from loaded maps: Export to Database Wizard Export to HTML Wizard Export to Process Navigator XML Hierarchy Export to Process Navigator XML Catalogue Export to Microsoft Office Project XML Multiple Microsoft Office Excel Files Single Microsoft Office Excel File Microsoft Office Visio VSD Files
Import*	Menu of commands to import maps or map properties from external files: Generate Maps from an XML Catalogue Generate Maps from Excel Files/li> Generate Maps from Visio VSD Files
Upgrading to Visio 2013	Only displayed if you are running Visio 2013 and the Process Navigator map store contains one or more maps in the VDX file format. Use this command to convert maps to VSDM file format (to be compatible with Visio 2013).
